Composition
Vitamin H, more commonly known as Biotin, is a water soluble vitamin produced in the body by certain types of intestinal bacteria.
Actions
Deficiency may result in hair loss (baldness), exfoliative dermatitis, hyperkeratosis (skin peeling).
Indications
Hair loss (pattern balding) and nail problems. Sebum production regulation, seborrheic dermatitis and dry eczema.
Toxicity
Safety had been established for dosages between 30 and 600mcg. Biotin is considered as a non-toxic molecule.
