Actions
The main action of caffine is to block adenosine receptors.
Caffeine also can inhibit phosphodeisterase, preventing them from hydrolising (inactivating) cAMP.
Its action is therefore not locally adipolytic since it passes through a global metabolism modification.
Caffiene also increases diuresis.
